Planning ahead lets you make important choices now, on your own terms. Your plan can cover your health care, your money and property, your children, and the people you trust to speak for you.
Without a plan, state law or a court may decide these things instead. We make planning simple, and we help you every step of the way.

A lawyer checks your documents, answers your questions and explains what to do next. Then you sign your documents and keep them somewhere safe.
Documents you can prepare
